  Gentlemen,

  I'm in a number of leagues and they all have their own way of dealing with technicalities.  In at least one of my leagues, the rules are strictly construed.  There have certainly been instances when that has been the practice of this league.  In many other instances, this league has adopted a more lenient approach.  I need some guidance on an issue.

  One of the trades completed today was reported after the deadline.  One minute after the deadline, but after the deadline nonetheless.  Should the attached trade be allowed?
