[USML Announce] Notice of Hot Wax Seal

In the wake of the voiding of the Angries/Cups deal by the Office of the  
Commissioners, the Nukes and the Cups announce the following trade.   According 
to the parties' calculations, this transaction will meet the USML  floor/cap 
requirements, once the Cups make some additional activate/reserve  moves.
