[USML Announce] 2005 Draft Rules

Last year, we (Winick, I think) designated non-rookie, non-roster  invitees, 
plus Joe Mauer, as being auction-eligible, pursuant to the second rule  below. 
 I don't believe any such designations were made this year, so no  such 
players will be auction-eligible this year.  As a result, I  believe this year's 
auction draft pool will be comprised exclusively of  players on the AL 40's.  
Correct?
