Clapinski appears to still be in the AL, although it's not clear that's a  
good thing:

Chris Clapinski is headed for a second opinion after feeling  a ''pop'' in 
his elbow in a game last week.
''I'm not  optimistic,'' GM Allard Baird said. Clapinski was expected to make 
the Royals as  a utilityman, but now his spot might go to Denny Hocking. 
Donald Murphy is  another option, although he'd only be used until the team could 
find a more  permanent option. Mar. 20 - 3:00 pm et
