[USML Announce] Reporting period...

Andy pointed this out as well and I haven't had a chance to correct it.  The reporting period is the same as always - Sunday at noon.  I'll have it changed today.

The AllStar Stats site seems to indicate a different reporting period than we 
are used to...is it changing to Monday instead of Sunday? On a related note, I 
haven't checked as of yet but is the FAAB deadline also different?
