[USML Announce] Draft Time

  We will certainly be making it early in the morning.  Also, for purposes of planning, I think the draft is likely to be downtown at Sidley.

	I know we've set the date but have we set the time for the draft yet?  Even if we don't have an exact time, do we know if its going to be a morning, afternoon, or evening draft?  Considering, that the next day is Easter - my preference is morning.
