Subject: [USML Announce] USML - website issues

League:
I am hoping that this is the last time I have to give an update on the operation of the web site. Here is where we stand.
1. When transactions were entered this week, the system once again caused them to made effective as of Monday, rather than Sunday. We believe this issue is now fixed, and future transactions will be effective on Sunday.
2. However, to fix the effective date of last week's transactions, I will go back and change the effective date on 4/30 moves to 4/29. I hope to do that this evening.
3. At the same time I will be making these changes, I will fix any other problems with roster entry that people have had over the past two weeks. Mark K and Andy have each contacted me. To ensure I have a complete set, though, I would appreciate if each owner with any roster issue send a return e-mail today. Mark and Andy, please send e-mails as well.
4. This week's transactions should be entered on the web site as usual. As a reminder, the Saturday noon deadline applies to FAAB/waiver moves, the Sunday noon deadline applies to all other moves. Just to be on the safe side, please ALSO submit your proposed moves to usmltrans.
5. Finally, one point of clarification, to address an issue raised by one owner. The usmltrans e-mail submission will only be used as a backup source that we can look to in case an owner's roster moves do not show up on the system; it is not a substitute for making transactions on the website. Owners should make their own transactions on the website. The goal is to take the commissioner out of the process of making roster moves, and to instead have the commissioner only tend to clean-up items.
Please send e-mails with any corrections. Let me know if you have any questions.
