  Brad did outbid you, so not much has to be adjusted.  
 
  However, for all league members, I would strongly prefer if owners did not submit FAAB bids via phone.  The system will accept bids in advance, and having to back out winning FAAB bids is much more difficult on All Star Stats than it was on TQ Stats.

FYI, the Nukes put in a bid on Dustin McGowan, via voice mail to Blocker.  It did not exceed Brad's bid (which looks to me like a cry for help), but it will affect Brad's salary on McGowan.  My bid was $9.
