Dear Rich:
   As it impacts  dump trade  talks  with  the Berliners,  the  answer  is
"yes."   He  wanted  Street, not Ray.   I'm sorry for both of you.   This
also means  that the  Bombers  and  their  JoBo  are back in the fray.  Be
afraid.  Be very afraid.
