[USML Announce] Transaction Questions

For this week's transactions:  (1) may I assume that last week's 
transactions are OK and will eventually be reflected on my roster, and 
(2) if I want to do any transactions that depend on last week's 
transactions, should I just send them to the old usmltrans address, 
since I will not be able to enter them myself?
