[USML Announce] FAAB Fun

Can we replicate bids next week and see what the system does and adjust effective dates?

Can we use our constitution which I suspect has enough detail to sort it out?  I know we rejected the rules and agreed to go with the web site.  I just throw it out as a possibility.
