[USML Announce] Chris Lubanski

Jeff's NRI list included Chris Lubanski.  I don't think he has lost MLB
rookie status.  If I'm correct then I don't think he's eligible in the
auction draft.  We allow all 40-man roster players plus NRI's who have lost
MLB rookie status and who have been listed by a league member.
