What a beginning to the season.? Let's see:

On draft day, John Lackey goes down for a month.? Shortly thereafter BJ Ryan admits to pain in his elbow.

Yesterday, Evan Longoria gets sent down, Scott Rolen breaks his finger and is out for a month and Gary Mathews, Jr. severely sprains the same ankle that caused him trouble last year.

Today, Josh Fields gets sent down, Reed Johnson gets traded out of the league, Kelvin Escobar suffers a serious setback and Adrien Beltre admits that he's in serious pain every time he swings the bat.

OUCH!!

Can't wait to see what tomorrow brings!
