John,

A hypocrite because I hate Packers fans?  Come on?  You can't be serious.  I honestly couldn't care less about the Packers football team unless they're playing the Bears or I need them to win/lose to help me in one of my fantasy pools.  The only reason that they enter my consciousness is because of their obnoxious fan base.  I don't hate the Packers, its their fans that annoy the hell out of me.  Nothing hypocritical about that.

I root for my teams:  the Hawkeyes, the Cubs, the Bears, the Bulls and the Blackhawks.  When they're playing I'm rooting my ass off for them.  I'm rooting for them, not against their opponent.  I don't boo the opposing team and I've certainly never booed a former player.  

You might recall that this all got started with some trash talk about how someone was looking forward to going to Lambeau to burn a Favre jersey.  I disapproved then and I disapprove now.  

I stand by my statement:  Packers fans suck.
