    Emily would never associate with this team.  BTW, is the baseball media really so dense as to believe that Wm. Beane has any intention of keeping Ben Sheets at $10 mil?  I'm assuming that he's praying Sheets stays healthy 'til about June so that he can turn him into a couple of nice prospects.  Surely he doesn't believe they'll compete this year with the current offense.  Actually, a clever move to blow everybody out of the water with the $10 mil offer, gambling that he'll only end up paying 3 or 4 mil before moving him.
