[USML Announce] USML standings/website

  On my end, I did finally get to enter "activate Blackburn, reserve 
Lee."  But it never go recorded in the system.  I don't think it will 
make a difference unless Jeff made a move that increased his K total.  
If so, it could be the difference between 2nd and 3rd place for me.
