   If I understand correctly from Rich Robbins' prior email that
explains the constitutional prohibition against allowing minor leaguer
non-roster invitees (NRIs) to be bought at auction, Austin Romine
(NYY) should not be included on your NRI list due to his rookie
status.
   I pray, good and wise King, that you strike his name from your NRI list.
