Wilhelmsen was sent down to Triple-A Tacoma on Tuesday.

ROTOWIRE RECOMMENDS: Wilhelmsen lost his hold on the Mariners' closer role
last Friday and has failed to make an appearance in the meantime. In his seven
outings in the second half, he has posted an unsavory 7.11 ERA and 2.05 WHIP
in 6.1 innings, though most of the damage came in his last game on August 1.
Otherwise, we went 5-for-5 in save chances during that span. Due to the unsteady
nature of the Mariners' bullpen, he'll likely make his presence felt in Seattle
before long.
