[USML Announce] don't Doumit like that

Roster eligibility question: if memory serves --and Dennis can confirm or
clarify-- Victor Martinez was a C on the AFV roster and that is where I had
slotted him. At some point I moved him from C and  now when I tried moving
him back to C slot onroto won't let me, telling me he's only eligible at CI
or UTE.....Dennis, do you recall what his POS was?
