If we disregard 2012 because he didn't play and applied our 20 game rule he'd be DH and C.  That seems to me to be right.

The rule on position eligibility is replicated below.  This rule would seem to say that VMart qualifies at whatever position he appeared most in 2012.  However, he was out all of 2012, and never played a game.
