[USML Announce] A New Question?

I wasn't advocating for when we take that snapshot. In fact I think you've
got it right. My sense is that we should record standings at start of a
reporting period and then go by that. I'm stunned we've never sorted this
out.  Too bad system doesn't keep a log of standings. I can explore the
possibility of creating a little program that grabs standings automatically
at preset times.  Fascinating.
