[USML Announce] notice of Hot Wax seal

Well ... Johnson was 51-54 last year and 14-14 this year before his 
recent slump.  He's also 29 years old and throws about 100 mph.  So I'll 
take my chances.  (Plus I have Ripper favorite Pedro Strop in reserve!)  
As for Pestano, he's a good handcuff for Chris Perez. The hope is that 
I'll have two closers going into next year.  (That said, if Gose pans 
out, then I agree:  The Brats screwed me.)

Anyway, I'm officially open for business and playing no favorites -- 
other than being unwilling to help the Bombers.
