[USML Announce] USML - expansion

I definitely agree that its not a great experience knowing you're a few
years away from being relevant. I will also say, however, that it was a lot
of fun in year 1 to have a ton of money to spend at the draft and be the
target of everyone's trade efforts.  Knowing you don't need to keep any top
guys because you're still building is kind of fun.

I am fine with the decision either way but just wanted to share my
perspective from personal experience.
