[USML Announce] A New Post from Jeff On usml.net

I'm confused Andy.  It appears that you have entered a pair of replies to
recent posts.

If you were looking to start another top level post, I'm happy to provide
instructions as that part's not self-evident.  I'm likely to make some big
changes on the post/reply mechanism and didn't want to force people to
learn one system only to change it.

Bottom line, if you have trouble replying to existing posts, please let me
know.  It asks for your name and an email address.  The email address is
not posted.  It's used as part of the back-end database.  If you want to
start a new topic entirely, let me know.

Thanks -- and again, the current structure is temporary.  Something easier
is on the way.
