[USML Announce] Andrew Moore

Andy:  I suspect that was a timing thing.  If you placed your bid before
last night, he was available.  I tried to do so last night and found the
same thing.  I am not sure why bids don't get wiped out for players who
return to the minors, but I will look into it.
