I, and I expect others, have players for whom this outcome will be relevant for retention decisions.    I would propose we proceed as follows:    If Mark Blocker votes for A, we will deem the league at a deadlock and the proposal will fail. Subject: [USML Announce] USML - retention rosters    League:  Just a reminder that retention rosters are due on Saturday.  When you submit your roster, please indicate the player's salary and new contract status, and make sure to identify any player that you are signing to a long-term contract.  Retention rosters will be posted on the website on Sunday.
