[USML Announce] Dog Dumped

FWIW, I think we should do this in a way that's best for Mark.  He gives a
lot of effort to administrative tasks for the league, and it's asking a lot
to get all the rosters input in one day.  I'm OK with having an aberration
for two games if Mark can't get everything onto the site immediately after
the draft (unless, of course, one of my guys gets a win save, etc. :) )
