[USML Announce] USML Rosters - Monday update

No FAAB bidding until there are 25-man rosters.  Otherwise, how would we enforce the no-minor-leaguers FAAB rule?  Will send something out tonight.

And then FAAB starts the following week, right?  That would mean first FAAB bids on 3/30, effective for the 3/31 reporting period.

Yes, after rosters are finalized and submitted, you can enter moves that will be effective for the reporting period starting on 3/24.

Putting aside the retro moves for Oak/Sea, am I correct that we can use the normal system to put in moves ourselves?

  I believe I have heard from almost everyone, so I plan to submit and finalize the rosters late tonight.  If anyone has any further corrections, please let me know by 7 pm or so tonight.  Once the rosters are submitted, I will make sure that I have a full list of all retro moves related to the Oak/Sea series, and then implement those as well.
