[USML Announce] Parking spot

The Constitution clearly says he should be a catcher at least as I read it--one 2020 MLB game at DH and none anywhere else.  Out of curiosity, I checked my 2 brands of draft software, and they both have him at DH only.  But we do use OnRoto, and they have him at C, so I find that pretty persuasive on the equities.

I checked the game on retrosheet.org, and the person he pinch-hit for was the DH, Edwin Encarnacion. So he entered the game as a DH and did not play the field. Under the rules, he only played UT last year and only MLB appearances count.
