[USML Announce] Parking spot

I think under our rules, he's pretty clearly DH only.  He played one game
in the majors last year and appeared as DH.  That's his only position until
he plays somewhere else this year.

The issue is how much due diligence we expect for FAAB bidding.  I don't
look beyond what Onroto says, and I doubt others do.  So my Solomon-esque
view is that Mark shouldn't be able to play Mercedes at C going forward
unless/until he qualifies.  But I also don't think he should be penalized
for any stats accumulated.  I also think Mark should be able to undo the
transaction, tossing Mercedes back and reclaiming whoever he waived, though
I doubt he'd want to do that.

For those of us who have been in the league several decades, this is
reminiscent of the Great Carlos Delgado Debate.
