[USML Announce] USML Update - rosters are finalized

League:

  Rosters are now finalized, and I paid our Onroto fee, so we are ready to go.  Owners can now activate/reserve players, and keep in mind the deadline is Sunday noon to make the transactions effective for next week.

  Note: DO NOT submit FAAB moves.   It’s a huge headache to undo those, so please refrain.  FAAB bidding will being on Sunday, April 4.
