[USML Announce] USML - updates

League:  A few reminders.

1.  The deadline to make transactions is noon on Sunday.

2.  There is FAAB bidding this week, so feel free to enter your bids by
midnight tonight.  You can look in the morning to see what players you
acquired, and then can move them around on Sunday morning.
