[USML Announce] Notice of Hot Wax Seal

The Klein Nine and the Berliners are particularly pleased to announce the following Hot Wax Seal:

The discussions were long and difficult.  Andy was understandably unwilling to part with Hector Neris (the most surprising player included in a trade since Nick Franklin, though Franklin did at least return two separate batches of players).  But happily, Emerson (don't call me John) Hancock is being called up and a match was made.
