[USML Announce] USML Draft Day 2023

  We have a draft date!  The draft will be held on Saturday, March 18,
2023, starting at 8:00 a.m. Location and logistics will be announced closer
to the date. Please mark this down on your calendars. Later in the month I
will send around a list of pre-draft deadlines.
