[USML Announce] All-time pitcher meltdowns

 On the positive side, he did get an out, so he avoided a game ERA of infinity.  (I looked live scoring and saw that I had picked up an ERA point without any innings, so I took a look at the all-team summary to see what happened.  Goodness.)
