[USML Announce] USML - Auction eligibility

 Eligible.  Our eligible pool is defined as players on the 40. That's all.  Doesn't matter if they've been sent down, arrested or deported.

League:  A question about player eligibility during the auction.  Anyone on an AL team’s 40-man roster is eligible to be drafted, and Mlb.com has those rosters.  What if a player is listed on the 40-man roster but with the notation “Minors” -- eligible to be auctioned or not? An example: Jackson Kowar on the Royals.
