[USML Announce] USML - Draft date and schedule

League:  Happy new year to all!  We have now selected a draft date: it will
be Saturday, March 16 at 8 am sharp.  Location of the draft will be
provided a week in advance.

Given the draft date, here is the schedule of pre-draft events.  Please add
these to your calendar.

Mar. 9 (11:59 pm CT):  Retention rosters due
Mar. 13 (5 pm CT):  Free-drop deadline
Mar. 16 (8 am CT):  USML Draft
