Greetings:
    I can’t find the USML Constitution.  So I’m asking our constitutional scholars if you could please remind me about who warrants FAAB bucks and who doesn’t.  I know waiver-claimed dudes do not, but what about fellows who were purchased with FAAB dough?  I bring you the case of one Shawn Armstrong.  I was silly enough to pay $5 for this miscreant in June and he was traded to the Cards yesterday.  Per the constitution does this net me $5 back to my FAAB or is it a case of live and learn?  Thanks,
