[USML Announce] USML - Deadline reminder and payment request

  A reminder about the upcoming USML draft and related deadlines.  Please
keep these in mind:

Mar. 9 (11:59 pm CT):  Retention rosters due
Mar. 13 (5 pm CT):  Free-drop deadline
Mar. 16 (8 am CT):  USML Draft

  Also, on or before the date you submit your retention roster, please also
pay the annual fees, which this year is $125. This amount covers the $100
per team prize pool, $10 Onroto fee, and $16 usml.net annual fee.  Please
submit payment to me at either:

Zelle (blockermark at gmail.com or 847-571-4114) or
Venmo (@Mark-Blocker-4).
