[USML Announce] USML - 3/18 Rosters update

League:  All of the rosters have now been updated on the website; please
send any corrections during the course of the week.  I will submit the
rosters this Saturday, March 23.

One note:  Rick drafted Adolfo Sanchez.  He hasd signed with the Reds
before the draft and thus was not eligible to be drafted.  I will insert a
placeholder for him, which Rick can then waive once the season starts.

Let me know if you have any remaining corrections.
