[USML Announce] USML - 3/20 rosters update

League: I have now processed all of the corrections owners have provided,
so rosters are up to date. I will make one last call for roster corrections
-- please submit any by 5 pm tomorrow.  After that, I will enter any
remaining corrections and then release the rosters to start the season.
Once that happens, teams can make changes to their roster before the Sunday
noon deadline.

Note: there is no FAAB bidding this week.  FAAB bidding will commence after
this Sunday, 3/24.
