[USML Announce] USML - rosters finalized

League:  An update: rosters have been finalized, so teams can now input
their own activations and reserve moves.  Reminder: those moves are due by
noon on Sunday.

Also, just a reminder, there is no FAAB bidding this week.  FAAB bidding
will begin next week.
