[USML Announce] Roster Correction

I just noticed a possible roster glitch. I think Drew Anderson might be Y1 rather than Y0--but not sure. He was still under 45 innings as of opening day, but had probably exhausted the limit for days on MLB roster. (Do we still apply that limit?) Sorry to have missed this at the beginning of the year. I had overlooked his service time from years back.
