[USML Announce] Birthday greetings

League:  Please join me in wishing happy birthday to Mark Kerber, our
senior-most member. Mark's birthday is perhaps a sign of the age of our
league, as Mark will be the first member eligible for full social security
benefits! Imagine saying that when we started our league in 1989 ... Happy
birthday, Mark!
