[USML Announce] Deadline questions

Frank:  For better or worse, our deadline is set by Rule 12.1, which says
"From the day after the season ends until the first weekly transaction
deadline after August 1, any team in the League can consummate a trade with
any other team in the League."  I would read that to mean Sunday Aug. 2,
but understand that is before the MLB trade deadline. Welcome to the views
of others.
