I think Ramos is keepable.  Like the Toes say, teams have done this is in the past, keeping players on the roster after trades to the NL in hopes they would return to the AL the next year.

I'm looking for rosters from Kerber, Blocker, Fruit, Cohen.

My hunch is that it’s ok for him to be a keeper if he fulfills the other criteria. Wouldn’t it be analogous to when the Bombers kept JD Martinez rostered after he got traded to the NL in the hopes he would resign with an AL team in the winter (which he did) …
