[USML Announce] USML - rosters and misc

I suspect the web site is less important than the email setup, which runs
through the usml.net domain and is lodged with the same people who host the
website.

So, if you want to get rid of the usml.net web site, make sure you've
addressed email before ending the subscription with the host (who handles
both).

You can always scrap the web site and keep the email, but think through
subscription fees etc.
