[USML Announce] Upcoming dates

Frank:  I am hoping to finalize rosters tomorrow night (please send any
final corrections), and then teams can make non-FAAB roster moves over the
weekend. I believe I have heard from most teams, but still can enter
corrections.  I am fairly certain that the system will allow you to make
move right up until Wednesday of next week, but I will confirm.
