Jon Daniels paid a hefty price, but the back end of the
Rangers' bullpen is vastly improved. Adams is quietly one of the most
dominant relievers in baseball, posting a ridiculous 1.66 ERA and 241/59
K/BB ratio over 217 innings dating back to the 2008 season. His success
isn't just a product of PETCO, either. While Heath Bell would have been
a rental, Adams remains under team control through 2012.

LOSER: Berliners no longer can count on struggling Neftali Feliz for saves, but with plenty of FAAB money left after Rasmus theft, can spend plenty on Adams next week.

WINNER: Red Hots. Congratulations to the 2011 USML Champions.
