But I think the 2012 champion will emerge from among those 5 teams.The champion will have to make bold, decisive moves on the trade front to reach the finish line first. Each team has its share of shortcomings, but can rectify at least some of them with its available talent pool.<br>
<br>With respect to the rest of the league, those teams (i) elected to rebuild going into the draft, (ii) did not have a strong draft, (iii) already have been ravaged by too many injuries to sustain the long and bitter war ahead, or (iv) some combination of (ii) and (iii). <br>
